NPR How I Built This: Burton Snowboards
Welcome to MYRetreat Blog, where podcasts are condensed into bullet points. Practical uses include: Reading as an alternative to watching the microwave warm your dinner. Browsing while waiting in a checkout line. Finding an interesting tidbit to share at that social gathering you're headed to, so when you're asked what you've been up to lately you don't have to admit you've had the PJ Masks theme song stuck in your head for the past hour and a half.

"We're a tribe." During the school year I played sports and in the summertime, I attended camps and traveled. There have been conversations and life experiences that have held a mirror up to my true self. I intentionally choose relationships that are supportive of my journey into authenticity. My tribe has consisted of teammates, cabinmates, and classmates. When we connect deeply with other women, we strengthen the relationship with ourselves.
"Snowboarding-that's our source of energy, that's how you recharge your batteries." MYRetreat is about embracing our authentic selves, and celebrating the art of womanhood. Aligning with your purpose in life, letting go of accommodation, and compliance, allows your mind the opportunity to re-affirm your values. MYRetreat doesn't take time, it gives time. When you return from our 90 Minute MYRetreat you’ll be able to give from your abundance of energy and love.
"If it snows over 2 ft. it's an automatic day off for the whole company." You find yourself with that highly coveted, rarely presented, free-time. Some grab the opportunity to be adventurous, others choose to sit still and take a well deserved break. Both are paths can prove beneficial.
How do you recharge your batteries? Looking forward to listening to your truths.
