Join us for this 60 minute wellness workshop, to slow down and achieve wellness.   Agenda: Set Intention, Body Scan, Guided Imagery, Chocolate Mindfulness, and Gratitude Journaling.  To prepare for this Retreat (on Zoom), select your favorite piece of chocolate and a notebook.
